Our beautiful vintage horse box will have at least 2 friendly serving staff, a Personal Licence holder, Full public liability insurance and we would happily sort your Temporary Events Notice (TEN) meaning you have one less thing to worry about!
We have a range of
Bar types to choose from or we would be happy to create you a bespoke package tailored for your event, as everyone's venue and budget can vary.
Bar Types
A booking fee is required to secure our
mobile bar for your event. Then choose
how you want to run the bar.
Cash Bar
This is a popular choice where guests pay for their own drinks on the day for the whole event by either card or cash.
Pre Paid Open Bar
A Pre paid bar is an amount agreed for the whole event. A drinks menu and the number of guests should be agreed prior to your booking. All chosen drinks are to be paid for in advance by the host, for the whole event or for an agreed time period at the event.
Once the menu and your budget have been agreed, a 50% deposit is required three weeks prior to your event, with the balance on or before your event.
We accept either cash or bank transfer.
50/50 Bar
A 50/50 bar is a booking that has a set amount ‘behind the bar’ on the day of the event. Once this limit has been reached, guests will pay for their own drinks until the bar is closed. The agreed amount must be paid three weeks before your event.
Token Bar
You could choose a Token bar if you just wanted a few welcome drinks to get the party started and then your guests can pay as they go at their own leisure for the remainder of the event.

A Little history
Once upon a time, from the rolling hills of Yorkshire, there was a vintage horsebox that had been abandoned in a field. It had seen better days, and many people passed by without noticing it. But one day, we stumbled upon the horsebox and saw its potential.
With a vision in mind, we spent countless hours renovating the horsebox and transforming it into a beautiful vintage mobile bar. We named it "The Wandrin Star" after the starry nights enjoyed in the Yorkshire countryside. The Wandrin Star has quickly became a hit at weddings, parties, and festivals throughout the region.
One day, The Wandrin Star was hired for a special event at a castle in the countryside. As she made her way through the winding roads, she encountered some unexpected challenges. A sudden rainstorm made the roads slippery and treacherous, but the horsebox persevered. She crossed bridges, climbed steep hills, and navigated narrow lanes until she arrived at the castle gates.
The guests were amazed when they saw The Wandrin Star pull up to the castle courtyard. Her vintage charm and elegant design drew everyone in. Our bartenders, dressed in smart uniforms, mixed drinks with flair and skill, and the guests danced the night away under the starry skies.
From that day on, The Wandrin Star is known throughout Yorkshire as the mobile bar that could overcome any obstacle to bring joy and happiness to people's lives. She continues to attend events throughout the countryside, spreading joy and creating unforgettable memories for all who share a drink.
